Our Greek Marinated Olives with Feta are perfect for social gatherings and can be served alongside your favourite dips and flatbreads.
250g Crespo Pitted Dry Black Olives
½ tsp dried oregano
1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
3 sprigs of mint, leaves chopped
100g feta, finely diced
100ml olive oil
Mix all ingredients together and transfer to a jar or sealed container, allow to marinate for 2-3 days.
Great served as a snack or as part of a lunch meal with pitta and houmous.
